Christina Johnson
LG, PG, RG
With over 20 years of experience in geologic and environmental consulting, Christina Johnson brings a wealth of expertise in project and task management across the full spectrum of environmental assessments. Her experience includes Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, remedial investigations, design, and construction, construction oversight, and performance monitoring.
As a real estate investor, Christina’s firsthand understanding of property transactions and market dynamics allows her to anticipate client needs, identify potential environmental risks, and provide tailored solutions that align with the financial and strategic goals of property stakeholders. This dual expertise ensures a comprehensive and pragmatic approach to environmental due diligence.

Christina is also a licensed unmanned aviation system (UAS) pilot, using aerial imagery to provide high-resolution, real-time aerial data to allow for more comprehensive and accurate assessments of large or difficult-to-access areas, identifying potential environmental concerns that may not be visible from the ground.
She has her geologist licenses in Washington, Idaho, and Oregon.
During her spare time, she is working her rural 10-acre property with her family, looking for the next real estate deal, and section-hiking the Pacific Crest Trail.
